These Terms and Conditions, in conjunction with the privacy policy or any other applicable terms ("Terms"), establish a legally binding agreement between TUXSEMI ACADEMI ("The Academy" or "we" or "us" or "our"), the educational division hosted by TUXSEMI SYSTEMS PRIVATE LIMITED ("The Company"), and you ("you" or "your"). They pertain to your utilization of our website, products (if applicable), training courses, or any other services provided (collectively referred to as the "Services").

By using our website and availing the Services, you agree that you have read and accepted these Terms (including the Privacy Policy). We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time and without assigning any reason. It is your responsibility to periodically review these Terms to stay informed of updates.

General Terms


Associate Program in Software Engineering

on Automotive, Robotics, and IoT Domains.


A) Introduction

The Academy presents Job Assured courses across various domains, commonly referred to as the Associate Program in Software Engineering (referred to hereinafter as "APSE" or "Program" or "Service"). These courses encompass both long-duration and fast-track options for selected candidates. Detailed information about the course is available in the registration forms.

B) Admission Process

Candidates selected for the Associate Program in Software Engineering can enroll by paying the admission fee, which amounts to 10% of the course fee and must be paid 5 days before the course start date.

Once the admission fee is settled, candidates may opt for one of the following payment models based on their course duration:

-Prepaid Model: Candidates are required to settle the remaining course fees within 3 days of the course start date. In this model, candidates can benefit from discounts on program fees and may avail of No-Cost EMI options for credit card payments.

-Term Model: Candidates will pay fees in two or three installments depends on the duration of the course.

A) For courses more than 3 months of training period

Type Percentage of Fee Date
Admission Fee 10% 5 days before the course start date.
1st Installment 30% within 3 days of the course start date.
2nd Installment 30% within 30 days of the course start date.
3rd Installment 30% within 60 days of the course start date.

B) For courses less than 3 months of training period

Type Percentage of Fee Date
Admission Fee 10% 5 days before the course start date.
1st Installment 40% within 3 days of the course start date.
2nd Installment 50% within 30 days of the course start date.

C) Reserve a seat

If a candidate selected for the program is unable to confirm admission promptly, they have the option to express their interest in the upcoming batch by paying a nominal, non refundable amount of ₹1000/-. The seat will be confirmed in the batch only if the candidate completes payment for admission, as applicable, on or before the specified date of that batch. Failure to do so may result in the inability to guarantee the seat in that batch.

D) Completion of Course

In the APSE program, candidates are required to successfully complete all modules of the course they have enrolled in and adhere to the Terms of Placement Support. Access to the course materials will be available to candidates for up to 2 months from the course completion date. Progress to the next course modules is contingent upon the completion of the preceding module as per the curriculum.

The criteria for module completion are outlined as follows:

- Achieve a minimum attendance of 95% in classes and complete all practice sets within the module.

- Attain a score of above 70% in all module exams and other assessments.

- Fulfill all project requirements of the module within the given parameters, if any.

- Successfully pass the viva of the module, if any.

The Academy will establish the standards for each criterion mentioned above and may disclose these standards as necessary. Decisions made by the Academy regarding assessments, project verification, and viva will be final. The Academy reserves the right to update the standards or completion criteria periodically. Candidates will become eligible for Placement Support only upon completion of the course.

E) Terms of Placement Support

As part of the Placement Support, candidates are required to adhere to the following conditions:

- To qualify for Placement Support, candidates must successfully complete the course within 2 months from the end date of their batch training period as outlined in the "Completion of Course" section. Failure to do so will render them ineligible for Placement Support from the academy.

- Candidates are obligated to attend all interviews scheduled by the Academy. Failure to attend any scheduled interviews will result in the discontinuation of Placement Support for the candidate.

- Candidates who apply for job roles and are selected in interviews must join the prospective employer. Failure to do so for any reason will disqualify the candidate from further Placement Support.

- The academy bears no responsibility if a candidate is rejected by the recruiting company for reasons other than skill assessment (e.g., background checks, university arrears). Placement Support will not be continued in such cases.

- The Academy is not liable if a candidate loses employment provided through the program.

- These Placement Support terms are applicable only to individuals who enroll in the program with a 100% placement guarantee.

- The Academy will provide support to eligible candidates until they are successfully placed.

- Candidates must meet the legal age requirement as per the laws of India to be eligible for employment.

- Candidates must be residents of India.

F) Upon Successful placement

- Upon successful placement, the candidate is obligated to settle the remaining course fees (if any).

- Upon successful placement, the candidate has the option to either complete the course or discontinue the course without any refunds.

G) Refund Policy

The academy offers refunds of the course fee under the following circumstances:

- Candidates are eligible for a refund of a payment within 7 days of Admission Fee paid. Refund procedures outlined later in this document must be followed. Candidates will be withdrawn from the program thereafter.

H) Refund process

Candidates are required to initiate the refund process by sending a refund request from their registered email ID to academy@tuxsemi.com. The request should include the following details:

- The reason for initiating the refund process.

- Payment references (such as payment receipt, payment ID, or transaction screenshot).

- Bank account details along with a cancelled cheque leaf to facilitate the refund.

Please note that it may take 2 to 4 weeks to process the refund once the request aligns with the necessary refund conditions.

I) Termination process

The Academy reserves the authority to terminate candidates under the following circumstances:

- Failure to make timely payments.

- Inability to complete the modules after three attempts. No job placement support there after.

- Absence from the course for a continuous period of 10 days without proper communication.

- Discovery of misconduct or engagement in illegal or antisocial activities by the candidates.

Final Notes


You acknowledge that Your participation in the Academy does not make You an employee or agency or partnership or joint venture or franchise of the Academy or the Company.

The cancellation option is not available after a program has been purchased, and refund requests must be made in accordance with the refund policy.

The Company provides these Terms so that You are aware of the terms that apply to your use of the Website/Application and Services. You acknowledge that the Company has given You a reasonable opportunity to review these Terms and that You have agreed to them.

The Company reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions periodically. Your continued use, access, or browsing of the Application or Website, use of the Services or products, or registration by any means constitutes your acceptance of these updated Terms and your agreement to be legally bound by them. The updated Terms take effect from the date they are published on the Website.

Feedback

Any feedback you provide regarding the services is considered non-confidential. The academy reserves the right to utilize this information without restrictions. By submitting feedback, you confirm that (i) your feedback does not contain confidential or proprietary information belonging to you or third parties; (ii) the Academy is not bound by any confidentiality obligations, either expressed or implied, concerning the feedback; (iii) similar concepts to the feedback may already be under consideration or in implementation stage by the Academy; and (iv) you are not entitled to any form of compensation or reimbursement from the Academy for the feedback, unless explicitly stated.

The Academy shall not be held accountable for any content provided by other users, regardless of its nature, even if deemed offensive or hurtful.
